Top Doraemon Movie List– In 1969, Fujiko F. Fujio 1st serialised a magic robot that travels back in time from the 22nd century and helps the boy Nobita Nobi in his studies, and friendship issues and went from past to future on multiple trips of different kinds. Due to this, anime had received multiple accolades, and awards as it had been adapted into multiple movies around the world. 1. Doraemon: Nobita’s Dinosaur(ドラえもんのび太の恐竜)

It is 1st ever feature-length Doaramon movie and part of the first volume of the Doraemon long series features the resume mission of a dinosaur named  Piisuke by Nobita ( a plesiosaur), which need to be taken back in time to protect him from a mysterious assailant later to revealed to be fossil collector named Dollmanstein from the 24th century. 

2. Doraemon: The Records of Nobita, space-blazer(ドラえもんのび太の宇宙開拓史)

1981 Japanese animated science fiction neo-western film based on the second volume of the same name of the Doraemon Long Stories, which was later remade Doraemon: The Record of Nobita’s Spaceblazer. The movie is based on the journey of 2 space aliens named Lopplc and Chammy after a huge earthquake, where on earth, Nobita on earth start having some tremors in his room, due to the time loop of the earth. Now it is up to Doramon and Nobita to save the planet named Planet Arryd by defeating Galtite Mining – a company aiming to take over the planet.

3. Doraemon: Nobita and the Haunts of Evil(ドラえもんのび太の大魔境)

1982 Japanese animated science fiction adventure film, is 3rd instalment of the Doramon long series which was later adapted into Mar 8, 2014, entitled  Doraemon: New Nobita’s Great Demon—Peko and the Exploration Party of Five. The movie follows the story of a dog named Peko and a mysterious statue which promises fortunes to Gian ( Nobita’s friend), but to fulfil this, they need to defeat, Dr Kos and the army and Princess Spiana, after the group goes to Africa.

4. Doraemon: Nobita and the Castle of the Undersea Devil

The 1983 Japanese animated science fantasy film, is based on the  Western myth of Atlantis, the lost city, who got lost in Bermuda Triangle. The movie follows the adventure of the mysterious city named the underwater kingdom of Mu., where they get trapped in the city when they try to rescue Gian and Suneo from a ship. The movie ends with a fight between Mu Kingdon and another  undersea kingdom, Atlantis, now controlled by robots, who want to kill Earth’s inhabitants

5. Doraemon: Nobita’s Great Adventure into the Underworld

984 Japanese animated science fantasy film which premiered on March 17, 1984, which 1st  incorporated computer graphics technology movie of Doaramon, follows the fantasy reality created by Doramon gadget  Moshimo-box. Now Nobita with Doaramon and his female friend named  Shizuka is in search of the reason for the sudden increasing earthquake and who is  Professor Mangetsu (満月先生), how can help in defeating this world devil, who is making natural calamity worse than before

6. Doraemon: Nobita’s Little Star Wars

1985 Japanese animated epic space opera film, is a parodical series based on  George Lucas’ original Star Wars trilogy, with a few elements from his 1983 film Return of the Jedi. This time, Nobita is on a mission to protect the president of his planet Pirika and take down the dictator Gilmore and PCIA (the dictator’s intelligence agency). and restore the order to normal.

7. Doraemon: Nobita and the Steel Troops

1986 Japanese animated science fiction action-adventure film also known as  The Platoon of Iron Men, or The Robot Army which is exclusively in Malaysia by Speedy Video as Doraemon – Nobita Tetsujinheiden follows the adventure of a mirror world where a mysterious girl named Lilulu who is in the search of the robot named Judo ( later to be revealed to be Nobita toy named Zandacros) leading to struggles to fight with robot army to protect the earth.

1987 movie is an underworld adventure of dinosaur, where Nobita and the gang discover an alternative world of the present timeline, where dinosaur still exist and Nobita need to save the dinosaur from extinct after Suzuka discover an arriving comet on the earth.

9. Doraemon: The Record of Nobita’s Parallel Visit to the West

1988 adapted series based on  Doraemon’s Parallel Journey to the West is the last Showa-era Doraemon. follows a lossily fictionalised story of Nobita as Sun Wukong Shizuka as a monk and named  Tang Seng Gian as a helper, where due to a glitch in the Doraemon game, needs to complete the journey as a real character.

10. Doraemon: Nobita and the Birth of Japan

1989 movie is 1st  Heisei-era Doraemon movie is a time loop movie where a tribal boy got entrapped into the modern world through the time vortex, whereas the Nobita and gang go back in time to live as primitive tribal people where they later help a tribal boy ( who get into vortex) from the dark tribe on Pegasu through  Nobita’s pet animals Pegasus, Dragon and Griffin.
